- Guided tour through Old Havana including Cathedral Square, Plaza Vieja &

  Calle Obispo

- Walk along Malecon at Sunset

- Base Yoga Poses: Supine, All Fours, Standing, Seated

 

 

3:00 – 4:30 Aquafit

Introduction to Mind Body Aquafit

- Beginners Class in the Pool: Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates: Aquafit Basics

- Working Positions – Non Swimmer? No Problem!

- Hydration & the Pool

 

 

Day 3

 

8:00 – 9:30 AM Yoga on the Beach

First & Second Chakras: Root & Sacral - Balancing with Hatha Yoga

- Stimulation of the First Chakra through Strengthening & Standing Poses

- Stimulation of the Second Chakra through Stretching & Releasing the Hips

  & Back & Side Bending

- Pelvic Area Opening, Pranayama & Mediation for Balancing the 1st & 2nd

  Chakras

 


3:00 PM – 4:30 PM Aquafit

First & Second Chakras: Root & Sacral-Balancing with Mind Body Aquafit

- Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates in the Pool

- Laughing Circle, Eye Exercises, Core Engagement – Yoga & Pilates

- Pranayama & Mediation for Balancing the 3rd Chakra

3rd Chakra: Solar Plexus - Balancing

- Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates in the Pool - Energy Movement Exercises for the

- Stimulation of the 4th Chakra through Chest Opening, Balancing, Back

  Bending, Passive (Female/Yin)  Poses, Hand Chakra Opening, Appreciation

  Ritual, Karma Yoga

- Pranayama & Mediation for Balancing the Fourth Chakra

 


3:00 PM – 4:30 PM Mind Body Aquafit

Fourth Chakra: Heart Centre - Balancing

- Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates in the Pool - Exercises for Opening the Heart

  & Balancing for the 4th Chakra

Fifth Chakra: Throat Centre - Balancing with Hatha Yoga

- Stimulation of the Fifth Chakra through Neck Rolls, Head Movements,

  Inversions, Mantras (Chanting), Raja (Royal) Yoga, Vow of Silence

- Pranayama & Mediation for Balancing the 5th Chakra

 

 

3:00 PM – 4:30 PM Mind Body Aquafit

Fifth Chakra: Throat Centre - Balancing with Mind Body Aquafit

- Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates in the Pool - Signals & Non-Verbal Communication

- Exercises for Opening the lines of Communication for the 5th Chakra

 

      Day 7

8:00 – 9:30 AM Yoga on the Beach

Sixth & Seventh Chakras: 3rd Eye & Crown - Balancing with Hatha Yoga

- Stimulation of the Sixth Chakra through, Balancing, & Inversions, Eye

  Exercises, Stimulation of the Seventh Chakras through Full or Half Inversion

- Resting on the Crown, Mudras (Hand Positions), Seated Poses, Pranayama &

  Mediation for Balancing the 6th & 7th Chakras
